Welcome to Bless Shop. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Bless Shop specializes in authentic footwear and apparel. Every product offered for sale is carefully inspected before being listed and is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Many of our products may be limited releases or no longer available through traditional retailers, which may affect pricing based on market demand.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update product information, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, or refuse service when necessary.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified. For your protection and ours, orders may be subject to fraud prevention and verification procedures. If additional verification is required, your shipment may be delayed until the information has been confirmed.

Orders are typically processed within our stated handling time. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Bless Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unworn, unused, free from any signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation must also be returned. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label as part of our review process.

Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Bless Shop. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Bless Shop reserves the right to refuse any return that shows evidence of wear, misuse, alteration, or abuse of our return policy. Excessive return activity or fraudulent claims may result in future orders being declined.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and other materials, is the property of Bless Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bless Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
