Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are typically processed within our stated handling time. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Bless Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unworn, unused, free from any signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation must also be returned. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label as part of our review process.

Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Bless Shop. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Bless Shop reserves the right to refuse any return that shows evidence of wear, misuse, alteration, or abuse of our return policy. Excessive return activity or fraudulent claims may result in future orders being declined.
